Shipping and Handling Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Adamson Industries Corp shall arrange for transportation at your expense, to the address designated by you. Shipping date and delivery dates are estimates, and may be delayed by (1) late receipt of all necessary information by Adamson Industries Corp, (2) prior scheduling if shipping and/or delivery dates are confirmed by you at the time your order is received by Adamson Industries Corp, (3) other causes beyond Adamson Industries Corp reasonable control. In any such event, Adamson Industries Corp shall not be liable to you for any loss of time, material, or production, or any loss resulting from late delivery of goods.
Shipping rates apply to all products. Some orders may require additional shipping charges.
Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, we can only process orders during our hours of operation (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST). If you require rush delivery, be sure to order before 2:00 pm EST. Also note that you should not choose overnight shipping if you are placing an order on Friday, as your order will not be process until Monday or the next business day.
● We ship using UPS via our Haverhill, Ma. warehouse
(Some products ship directly from the manufacture)
● We can not ship to P.O. boxes, please specify a street address so we can ship your
order without delay.
● In- stock products should arrive within 1-5 business days. Saturday, Sunday and
Holiday delivery is not available.
LOST SHIPMENTS: As soon as you realize the shipment may have been lost, call Adamson Industries Corp at once so we can begin the tracking process.
DAMAGES IN SHIPMENT: All goods are shipped FOB shipping point. Adamson Industries Corp is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipment. If shipping damages occurs, please take the following action. (1) Do not accept visually damaged product until the person making the delivery has endorsed the bill of lading with a statement for the extent of the damage. (2) If damage is found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately request that the carrier arrange for inspection. (3) Any claims of damaged merchandise are between you and the carrier.
SHIPPING POLICY: Adamson Industries Corp on-line store use a secure online credit card verification system that requires the customer to provide the correct billing address and phone number for the credit card used to pay for your order. Your order will not ship unless the billing address matches what is on file with your credit card company. Adamson Industries Corp will not ship your order to a different ship to address (from billing address) without a reasonable explanation. Please provide this in the comments section of the shopping cart. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
